Dear Allen:
Just a note to let you know what a pleasure it was working with the Bryan Team the past few weeks.
We had 2 patios and 2 lawn irrigation systems installed in Easton Club East recently. Everyone we had contact with was helpful and professional. All jobs were completed exactly as we had asked, in less time than we had anticipated and your crews cleaned up after themselves on a daily basis. The prices remained exactly as originally quoted. I hope you are aware of how rare it is these days for customers to have such a nice experience with a contractor as we have had with your Team. I've worked with Brian Merriken for over 20 years, he can tell you that I am not easily impressed, but I've told Brian and many more people how impressed I have been with your organization.
We worked with Paul, Charlie, Erin Milliken was very helpful, too. During the patio installations John Glass oversaw on a daily basis -- he was very polite and asked us several times if everything was going as we wanted and not to hesitate to discuss anything or ask any questions of him.
I'm sorry; I don't know the young mans' name that oversaw the lawn irrigation system. But again, he introduced himself to my husband, made contact with him several times checking to see if we had any questions or concerns.
Now that phase 1 of our new yards is completed we are looking forward to working with your Team again in the Spring on phase 2 of landscaping, a pond and some lighting.
Best wishes for your continued success.

Dear Allen:
Over the past five months, through rain, snow, sleet, hail and frozen ground, Charlie and Kevin have worked diligently with me as I tackled the task of planting approximately 45 trees and grading and reshaping both sides of my driveway.
I've had the pleasure of working with Charlie on the tree planting and with Kevin on the grading project, and both guys have been outstanding examples of patience, persistence in the face of adversity, and professionalism. No task was ever too much effort and no request was ever ignored. They have represented your company in such a positive way and are the epitome of customer service at its best.
I'm happy to report that with the return of spring, the project is complete and my family will enjoy the end result for years to come thanks to their hard work and effort. Please pass my appreciation along.
Kind regards,
D. Bruce Rogers

Dear Allen:
As I realized the other day that we have completed the land development for the final phase of Chesapeake by Del Webb, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your company's outstanding efforts over the last 5 years.
I believe the success of this community has been in large part due to the commitment from our contractors and the quality they deliver on a daily basis. Bryan and Sons set the tone from day one by assuring that the site was always on schedule, clean, safe and a well managed operation from the day you moved the first shovel of dirt in 2001. Your company's attention to detail, knowledge of land development and dedication of your employees is something for which you should all be proud.
Again, thank you and all of your employees and we look forward to working with Bryan and Sons in the future.
Sincerely,
Richard A. Conlon

Dear Billy:
It was great seeing you the other day to discuss the development of Ashby Commons. We look forward to working with you on this premier in-fill community in the town of Easton. I was glad to recommend Kettler Homes to you based on Bryan and Son's commitment and quality of work at Bretridge, which we recently completed.
The success of Bretridge was in large part due to the quality and commitment of Bryan and Sons. As you recall, Bretridge was a dense site with earthwork challenges in terms of soils and compaction. Your firm completed all of the earthwork, stormwater management, utilities, stabilization and paving on time and on budget. Your crews kept the site clean and professionally managed the operation from the beginning of the job through the final permit release. We appreciate your company's committment and effort in making this a successful community.
I look forward to working with Bryan and Sons on Ashby Commons and I am confident that this will be another successful development.
Sincerely,
Matthew G. Murphy

Allen:
As we close out the first phase of the Easton Village and Dixon Square projects, I wanted to send you, your staff and your field crews a sincere thanks for all the hard work and dedication to completing these projects on time and on budget.
Phase I of Easton Village was a difficult job, with a tight schedule, and very little room for error. Breaking ground on June 1 of 2005, with a year-end paving deadline, your crews managed to complete all of the earthwork, utility installation, pump station, stormwater management, subgrade stabilization, paving and final stabilization exactly on schedule. What's even more laudable was your willingness to add extra crews, extend working hours, and even working weekends in order to reach this goal.
Dixon Square, a far smaller project than Easton Village, was still met by Bryan & Sons with the same enthusiasm, professionalism, and skill. We broke ground on June 1 of 2006, and you completed paving in October, allowing our builders to get started ahead of schedule. We had concerns going into the project that the tight site and relative proximity to existing houses in the neighborhood may pose a problem, but your superintendent was able to manage public outreach in the neighborhood and complaints were non-existent.
In short, Bryan & Sons has been, and continues to be, the most scrupulously honest, efficient and effective site contractor that I have had the pleasure to work with.
Sincerely,
Michael A. Burlbaugh, P.E.
